Abdominal Scar Therapy

C-Section Recovery Support
After a C-section, many women experience discomfort such as itching, numbness, restrictive movement and a pulling sensation around the scar area. C-section scar therapy is a specialised hands-on treatment combining gentle scar techniques on and around the scar.
Treatment can begin as soon as your scar is fully healed — typically around 6–8 weeks post-surgery, though it's never too late to start. Even scars that are many years old can benefit from therapy.
